CRS Performance is a market leader in suspension systems, tuning accessories and upgrades providing high quality products to automotive enthusiasts.
The Challenge
Despite developing a large customer base, the CRS brand didn't reflect the high quality service and knowledge of the organisation. A lack of consistency, social media presence and inefficient website meant that business was becoming static.
The Solution
An entire overhaul of the brand. A new logo and consistent look both digitally and when out in public. I redesigned the website to provide a sleeker user experience and provided social media management to ensure key messaging, tone of voice and ethos was being delivered.
Since the rebrand, business has increased along with a social media account reach of +126% and engagement +55%
CRS Performance Logo
Combining letterforms creating a unified lap as audience eyes follow smooth curves from start to finish, leading to the italicised 'Performance'. The logo embodies everything the CRS customer is looking for; speed, stability and quality.

The Website (In Construction)
You may provide quality service and products, but customers aren't going to know that unless you show them. The website is a shop window and should be treated as such. The redesign creates a new experience for visitors and gives them an insight as to what they can expect from CRS Performance; consistency, knowledge and clarity.

Having a pitch at automotive festivals is no good without the materials to give you exposure, the creation of pop banners for high traffic areas and flyers to distribute gave the organisation a wide reach and drew in business from across the country.
