Despite developing a large customer base, the CRS brand didn't reflect the high quality service and knowledge of the organisation. A lack of consistency, social media presence and inefficient website meant that business was becoming static.
An entire overhaul of the brand. A new logo and consistent look both digitally and when out in public. I redesigned the website to provide a sleeker user experience and provided social media management to ensure key messaging, tone of voice and ethos was being delivered.
